Be careful what you wish for!

Gina, the youngest member of Jazzation, has strong ties to her hometown, Szolnok. A musical kindergarten, the Bartok Music School and the Zoltan Kodaly Musical Primary School all played their parts in defining her own musical identity. After a slight detour during high school, when Gina thought she wanted to become a vet, she decided to pursue literary studies at a university level after graduation.

However, her dream of attending the Hungarian Music Academy brought her to Budapest even before the semester started, where she studied jazz singing under Laszlo Hunyadi at the Ferenc Erkel Music School. This was where she met Szilvi, and later Jazzation, which she fell in love with and secretly longed to participate in.

After college, she also completed the jazz singing conservatory course at the Etud Music School, with the guidance of Gabor Winand, Istvan Regos, Tamas Berdisz, Zsoka Incze and Agi Vass, which sealed her fate as a jazz singer.

By the time she moved to Budapest, the Celofan Kollektiva, and the E.T.aP band from Szolnok had approached her about her becoming their lead singer, which tied her even closer to both the town and electro music in general. They are currently working on some new material, and she has been working more and more with the Calm Spirit trip-pop formation as well, also from Szolnok.

As for Budapest, for a longer time she was working with Third Plain jazz formation.Currently she is the lead singer of the contemporary jazz quartett Silence Fiction, in which they play their own compositions with her lyrics, and a jazz singing student at the Hungarian Music Academy.
